The Conspiracy of Pedro

NEWS FLASH:   The POTUS has issued a warning: the government just released one of the monsters they keep in Area 51:




The President only has one comment about this: "Contrary to popular belief, Pedro is not chocolate ice cream."

    Well, I suppose he could sneak into your ice-cream box and pretend to be ice-cream, until you eat him and he poisons you. So yes, he does have access to households. And car-holds.
